Tiara Moore, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker, a lifelong Clevelander, and has been in the
social services field for over 35 yrs. Tiara earned her degree in Individual and Family Studies
with a Sociology minor from Kent State University and sees clients on the weekends at The
Counseling and Wellness Group.
Tiara excels at conceptualizing clients and their family systems from a developmental
perspective, thus understanding family relationships, the environment in which individuals live
and learn, and the unique strengths and needs of diverse individuals and families.
Tiara has an extensive background in group facilitation and developing content for adolescent
populations. She infuses sessions with a healthy sense of humor as she works with adolescents
to geriatric populations. Tiara aims and helps her clients achieve a renewed sense of emotional
wellness by pairing evidenced based treatment modalities with empathy, compassion,
understanding and a healthy sense of humor.
