Kara Forte-Sullen, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner. Her career evolved by practicing in various settings including: Inpatient Mental Health at Cleveland Clinic, Emergency Department at University Hospital and Kaiser, the VA hospital inpatient and community services. Throughout this time Kara has demonstrated expertise in supporting patients through various Mental Health challenges. She completed her first MSN degree in Leadership and Education graduated with Honors before going back and completing a Post-Masters Degree as a Certified Mental Health Practitioner. After graduating with Honors and becoming board certified by the ANCC in 2019, Kara has gone on to practice inpatient, outpatient, residential, Community Mental Health, Addiction, and Corrections over the past six years. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest advancements in Mental Health by using evidence-based approaches and practices.
